Our Quality Assurance department is an advocate and watchdog for your brand, your assets and your reputation. We use an innovative 3-level system to assure a solid foundation with customizable features.

Product Design/Development
Products are designed to particular specifications, assuring consistent high-quality items. These specifications are an essential way to assure high quality, consistent brands, and the foundation of any good private brand program.

Compliance
Our in-house lab features state-of-the-art equipment and experienced technicians to assure that products adhere to their specifications. Our compliance work includes audits and lot set asides to evaluate products throughout the distribution cycle – from manufacturer to consumer.

Added Value
Our other services include a Consumer Concerns department, recipe development, regulatory compliance, label/packaging review, and WIC (Women, Infants and Children program for low-income mothers and their children).
